Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this time will be declined. However, once you receive the order, you may return it for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that additional processing time may be required during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you have not received your order 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and tax fees?
The prices displayed on our website are in Euros and are tax-free, which means you may be responsible for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These fees and taxes are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. What should I do if the items received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. Include your order number, photos of the items and all relevant information once you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your home bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank with any questions about crediting. If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
